1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of ITR Logistics and Trade DMCC (“ITR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

ITR provides cargo tracking certificate processing services, including but not limited to:

• ECTN (Electronic Cargo Tracking Note) certificate processing
• BESC (Bordereau de Suivi de Cargaison) certificate processing
• ACD (Advanced Cargo Declaration) processing
• CNCA, ACID, FERI, and other cargo tracking documentation
• Government platform implementation and management services
• Trade compliance consulting and support

3. Our Role as Service Provider

ITR acts as an authorized service provider and agent on behalf of government authorities and shippers councils. We process and submit documentation to the relevant authorities but do not guarantee customs clearance or acceptance of cargo. Final approval authority rests with the respective government agencies.

4. Client Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all documentation
• Submit all required documents in a timely manner
• Pay all applicable fees as specified in our pricing
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs requirements
• Not submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Pricing

As an authorized partner, we charge the official government base fees set by each country’s maritime authority, plus our service fees. Fees vary by destination country and service type.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be received before final certificate issuance. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified. All fees are non-refundable once the certificate has been submitted to the relevant authority (see Refund Policy for exceptions).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ITR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for delays or rejections by government authorities
• We are not liable for demurrage, storage costs, or other charges incurred due to documentation delays beyond our control
• We are not responsible for customs clearance or cargo acceptance at destination ports
