The Packing List has now been added as a mandatory document for ACD applications. This document must be submitted together with the standard ACD documentation set at the time of application.

Documents required for ACD submission:

  • Draft Bill of Lading
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Freight Invoice
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Packing List

Please be reminded that ACD certification will become compulsory for all Sudan-bound shipments effective 1 January 2026. Shipments that do not comply with the updated documentation requirements may be subject to customs clearance delays, or penalties.
