Please be informed that the Malian Customs Authority has released an official announcement regarding the mandatory ECTN certificate.

We would like to remind all shippers and forwarders that the ECTN must be obtained at the port of loading prior to shipment. Cargo arriving in Mali without a valid ECTN may face penalties and clearance delays, as the certificate will still be required at destination.
