Effective February 1, 2025, the Advanced Cargo Declaration (ACD) certificate will become a mandatory requirement for all containerized shipments, as per the directive issued by the Counter Terrorism Service in Yemen.

What You Need to Know:

  1. The ACD certificate must be obtained at the port of loading.
  2. The ACD number must be included on the Bill of Lading.
  3. Shippers, exporters, or freight forwarders are responsible for securing the certificate.
